Postby krisling » Mon Dec 01, 2014 6:21 pm

The rink is all set. Waiting on cold weather and the Canadian flag I ordered. Every rink has to have one (birthplace of hockey) lol

30X50'
2X12 boards
Nicerink Liner
two waterproof Blue Lines (LED Rope Light)
5- 500w Halogen Lights
25'X12' Fish netting on both ends

I like the blue line lights!

You'll have to post a few photos of them later in the season once the ice clouds up a bit!
Very curious to see how they hold up.

This is great! What do you use for your posts with the lights on them and the net tied to them? Looks like fun. Thanks for sharing!

The posts are 2X4X12' pressure treated lumber cut in half lengthwise. Then I pounded a few 2' posts into the ground and secured them with secures to the light posts. The net was purchased from here http://amzn.com/B006GPXB90. It's Florida Nets and Nautical, LLC on amazon.com.
