After much review I am going Iron Sleek. I think it works best for my setup.
Now for the plywood, do you go pressure treated or not? I would like to paint it eventually.

Nope, I don't use PT normally. PT doesn't really waterproof it at all, it'll still warp. Might as well go cheaper. I use un-treated 23/32" ply.
