Any chance that the Backyard Rink section can be moved to the top of the front page, as opposed to the Administrivia section? Forums in that section seem to have the most traffic. You could also put 'Introductions' into that section and move the other two to the bottom of the page. Not sure how many people access 'Website Feedback' and 'Forum Announcements'.

Yes! Great ideas. I actually want to eliminate some of the no-traffic sections. I'll work on it tonight. I promise we won't have a "Metropolitan" section.

Anything but a Metropolitan section works for me. Awful, awful, gawdawful name.

Finally got to this today...moved a few things around but wanted to keep the intros at the top. I will be taking the Original Pond Gear logo and shrinking it a bit to pull the backyard rink forum up. I also got rid of the classifieds and combined the NHL/College/Youth forums into one.

Thoughts? Anything else you guys want to see?

I'm thinking of a way to combine the backyard rink forums, as many of the topics are very blended...but didn't want to just throw all the backyard rink posts into one forum without asking you all. Thoughts?

It's already better, although the poor "Introductions" section looks so lonely up there; I'm sure just like the majority of us feel on a brisk winter night walking around our backyards with a garden hose in our hands. I can just imagine what our neighbours are thinking!

Kevmac I do wonder that from time to time...do they think I'm nuts? Are they a little jealous? Do they want to skate? Are they annoyed at the adults acting like children? who could say!? I just keep enjoying!
