Any ideas to patch slices and cuts in the liner along the edge of the ice? We have had some warm weather here in New England lately and I have a giant block of ice floating in water. As it rains, the water is leaking out of these cuts in the liner and causing some uneven ice.

Tyvek tape found at home depot seems to do a pretty good job. You have to press all the air out but it will stick. E6000 sold at Michaels stores works great also. You can use them in combination if needed.

You can try to find a local Nicerink dealer who should have some patch tape on hand. That works the best IMO.

If you can get to both sides of the liner, put Tuck tape on both sides of the liner. The glue from both sides will hold forever and a day.

I've used Clear Gorilla tape for liner repair this year. Seems to be working great even under water. I agree that taping both side is best but I have a couple of topside only patches.
