Upgrading boards for 3rd year

Decided it was time to add some 4' boards on one end. The corners will have a 5' inside radius. I started with a 3/4" plywood top & bottom to create the curve framed in with 2*4's. Was hoping to make the entire curve in one piece since I have a small garden tractor with loader to move things around. One 4*8*3/8 sheet will cover the corner with a little scrap to trim on the ends. Well the first attempt was a fail. I cut the 4*8 sheets in half to be more manageable. Got one sheet bent and screwed down no problem. Half way through the second sheet my 3 /4 plywood curved top & bottom snapped in half. PLAN B,doubled up the 3/4 plywood top & bottom. Got both sheets on this time. Looks good so far. One corner is complete and I have made two 4*8 wall sections. The last corner section is almost done.

Everything's painted now. Let my daughter do a little custom painting so they weren't so plain. She put a hockey mask and a goalie on the two flat panels, but you can't see them behind the one curved section. I decide to add some roofing cement to the bottoms of the panels for added moisture resistance from the ground, even cut and painted the new kick plates for the new boards.

Made and painted the braces. Drilled all the holes to be ready to put up. I wanted to be able to keep everything together, all the misc pieces, so I drilled extra holes to hold my braces, stakes,& spikes. The walls are all ready to go up. Working on the lighting tonight. This year will be two halogen on one end and two spot lights on the other, working with what I have.

Leaves are down and picke up. Decided to put up the new boards for first time since I knew it would take some extra time aligning them and drilling holes. Went good, especially since I had the tractor to move the sections, even got two light poles mounted. Have to check the lighting once it gets dark. Forcast isn't looking goog here
