Have you already filled and is it frozen? Because you can carefully slip some plywood in between the NR boards and your liner, as long as it's not all completely frozen. I'd suggest some minor bracing atop the plywood. Here's a rink we did back in 2011...don't mind the excess liner, we trimmed it afterwards.
- The right side of the rink had 24" tall 1/2" plywood wedged in between, supported by cheap 2x3's.
