I'm a second year rink builder, and have learned a number of lessons thanks to the great information shared by the community. Looking forward to the upcoming season if the weather ever behaves....
My 7 year old son has been playing hockey for 2 years now, and the backyard rink is a family favorite. He was able to get a couple hours of skate time in this weekend, and can't wait for the weather to turn.
