Hello all, may name Jeff and we live in Spokane WA. Everyone in our house is hockey crazy and as such a backyard rink was inevitable. My son (Colin C. M. 8 yrs old, the CCM initials were just luck but he thinks there cool ) cannot wait and is always checking the weather and asking when its going to be time to flood. We are just now getting the cold temps, the rink is built and flooding is underway. Thanks for the great how to info, it has proved very helpful.

Hey Jeff...welcome and glad the site has helped. Nothing better than a hockey-crazy house. Took a few years, but even my wife is psyched for the rink now. Good luck this year!
