Kirk in MN

Started playing hockey at the age of 5, stopped after a year of collegiate club hockey. Played for a couple years in a men's league about 8 years ago, that was it for organized hockey. Now I'm coaching for my 4 year olds D mite team and my 7 year olds C mite team. I'm hoping the backyard rink (that I flooded on Sunday and has about 3-4 inches of ice already) will give them an easy access place to play without the structure of coaches, but just as equally I'm looking for to late night solo skates under the moonlight after they're in bed.

I found this site last year, looking forward to being active on the forums. Thanks Joe!
