Summer Board Storage

I wanted to see if I could get some other ideas on storing my boards this summer. I have QTY. 18 - 10' long 2'x12' boards, they are all treated. I only have room outside to store them. Should I stack them with spacers so they can breathe? Any ideas on a rack I can build that would hold the weight of them and still allow breathing?

My current thoughts are to drop a couple pallets down behind my shed. Then, using the hard plastic spacers used for installing a tile floor, placing spacers and stacking the boards. Then covering boards with a tarp. Thoughts? Other ideas?

we have a walkout, so I store the board under my deck next to my shed. I just wrap them up in some of the old plastic liner. No issues with water, etc. Done this for about 5 years now.

I also have 2x12's, and stack them with space in between to let the air flow. Be careful with the tarp covering, as condensation can lead to mold just like rain can. I usually put something on top of the boards, but still leave some airflow around the sides so they remain mostly dry.
