Was just wondering if anyone had any experience or idea as to what the max average air temp has to be before they'll start filling. Last year it got cold fast and i filled and it turned out perfect. This year, i'm getting tired of waiting. Its been middle thirties almost 40 and cloudy during the days, with middle 20's at night for the low. Go ahead and fill?? I'd rather not fill and have it sit for a week or two before it freezes. Soil here is not frozen yet obviously. I have a deep corner that will end up holding around 18-20 inches of water, i feel comfortable with the bracing i have, but i'd rather have it start freezing right away and taking some stress off that high wall versus it sitting there unfrozen and pushing like crazy... If 20's at night is enough to start freezing with it remelting somewhat during the day i might be cool with that if a few of you think its a good idea. Getting my liner in and filling is not much of an issue as i have access to a large amount of water a moments notice. I guess im just somewhat scared to fill and have it sit and collect dirt/trash or whatever. Maybe i'm just over-reacting.
