Sophomore rinkmaster, and first time poster... I'm looking to double the ice surface this year from year 1. I kept last year's liner and to manage the budget I'm thinking of purchasing another same sized liner and overlapping in the middle. Anyone have any experience with this and offer recommendati...

You've scared me straight - I'm going with a single new liner. I feel pretty confident about the overlap - the acoustical sealant and waterproof tape would make a solid enough seal. However, saving a few $$$ won't be worth the heartache of chasing a pinch in last year's liner. I've stored it in a go...
