I'm trying to figure out what type of wood to use for my rink boards. I'd love to use 1/2 OSB for money reason ($9 a sheet), but I'm concerned that a puck will go right through it.

What have people found when they make their boards out of plywood?

I've done some wasted hours researching the strength of OSB and some people swear that it's less durable than standard plywood, but most of the data shows that it has the exact same impact strength.
